Ladybugs Eat Aphids!

Aphids are tiny insects that feed on all kinds of plants and shrubs and trees.  Fortunately, ladybugs have voracious appetites for aphids and they are able to keep them in control.  This is why it's a good idea to avoid pesticides because they can kill off the ladybugs.  We need to protect the beneficial insects to keep the aphid populations down.
